2025 ABK Benefits Open Enrollment

2025 ABK Benefits Open Enrollment is October 30 - November 15, 2024. This is your annual opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections for the 2025 calendar year. Any changes you make to your benefit elections will take effect on January 1, 2025. Activision, Blizzard, King, and Activision Blizzard employees will continue to receive benefits provided by Activision Blizzard, not those offered by Microsoft. The majority of your current benefits will carry forward, but Healthcare and Dependent Care Accounts must be elected each year.  

Enrollment is completed in Workday.

What’s New?

Healthy Weight Program

• We launched the Twin Health pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes program at the beginning of 2024 and have added an additional program for weight loss, which is now live. Twin Health is available to employees and dependents (age 18+) on the Collective Health and Centivo medical plans. What’s Changing?

Collective Health CDHP Deductible

• Due to IRS regulation, the CDHP deductible will increase to $1,650 for employee only coverage, and $3,300 for family coverage.

Employee contributions

•  Employee contributions will increase for all coverage tiers for the PPO 500, In-Network, and Kaiser medical plans. See the Contribution Rate Sheet found in the OE Materials section.

Spending Accounts

• Health Savings Account (HSA) maximum contributions will increase to $4,300/$8,550 (single/family coverage). 

• The Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Commuter Account are also expected to have maximum increases, however they have yet to be announced by the IRS.

Pharmacy Coverage

• Centivo Medical Plan: CVS Caremark will replace SmithRx for prescription coverage under the Centivo medical plan. This will impact where prescriptions are sent for retail and mail order prescriptions. Centivo plan participants should attend the Centivo webinar on November 5 at 1 PM PT for more information. There should be minimal impacts to covered medications, however there are possible changes to the CVS formulary, as that is updated throughout the year.

• Collective Health & Centivo Medical Plans: Coverage will be added to the CVS prescription program in early 2025 (anticipated Feb 1 start date) to allow medications under the weight loss drug category. Certain eligibility criteria will apply. To learn more, we encourage employees to attend the Twin Healthy Weight webinar on November 8 at 1 PM PT and visit our website.

MetLife Legal Plan

• The Legal Plan will include 4 hours of support for non-covered attorney services, such as divorce, custody, immigration, and postnuptial agreements. The plan will also cover 20 hours of  attorney services for reproductive matters - surrogacy, egg/sperm/embryo donation, and more. These enhancements are included at the current legal plan biweekly rate of $7.62 .
